Stash is in pre-launch testing, and our attorneys are reviewing this policy now. This draft isn’t in effect yet. The final Return Policy is coming soon and will replace this page, with its effective date.
Return Policy
1. Shipping your cards
You can ask us to ship cards from your account. Before you submit a request, review the card’s details, the destination, any charges and the estimated dispatch time. Eligibility and availability checks may apply.
Our typical turnaround is 3–5 business days from your shipping request.
2. If a card isn’t available
We source cards from card marketplaces. A marketplace listing shows an available offer at that moment; it doesn’t mean that copy is reserved. If your card can’t be sourced, we won’t send a different card without your agreement. We’ll compensate you instead; the details will be in the final policy.
3. Delays
If we can’t ship within the time we promised, we’ll tell you and give you the choices the law requires, including cancelling and receiving a refund where applicable. Account credit doesn’t replace a refund the law requires.
4. Wrong, damaged or missing cards
Email [email protected] about an incorrect, damaged, missing or delayed shipment. Include your order reference and what happened. Don’t email payment details or identity documents. Claim deadlines and how we make things right will be set out in the final policy.
5. Pack purchases and buybacks
Each pack’s outcome is recorded when you buy it. Selling a card back (a buyback) is a separate sale at the quoted price, not a return. Your legal refund rights aren’t affected. See our Terms of Service for buybacks and the seven-day holding period.
6. Contact
Email [email protected] with any shipping or return question.
